Delivery policy

We ship nothing

Rubsta Open sells entry to a tennis tournament. There are no physical goods, no shipping and no delivery charges. Nothing is posted to you.

What you receive, and when

IMMEDIATELY

Your entry is marked paid on your account page as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment. That status is your receipt.

AFTER ENTRIES CLOSE

Draws and seedings are published on this website after 22 October 2026, midnight IST (end of day).

BEFORE PLAY

The order of play and your court and match times appear on this website once the schedule is set.

ON TOURNAMENT DAYS

Entry to the courts at Nerul Gymkhana on 24–25 October 2026, live scoring, and your player card.

If your entry does not show as paid

Sign in and open your entry page — the paid status there is the record that counts. If the entry still shows unpaid after a successful charge, email tech@forgelabs.in with the payment reference. Do not pay a second time.
